RISE OF THE INDIES: Renegade Twins Exclusive Conversation with We Luv Wrestling
When we got Charlette and Robyn, aka the Renegade Twins, on BRP back in May of 2022, it was refreshing to unpack many facets of their in-ring persona, from the Jordans on their feet to the way they dap up before matches. Since then, the sinister sisters have done it all—including holding the CCW Tag Team Championship for over a year, as well as capturing the NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship back in February of 2023. This was all while being booked and blessed everywhere from Ladies' Night Out to AEW, where they made regular appearances on Dark, Dark Elevation, and Rampage.
With the way information flows, King Tre D of We Luv Wrestling was the first person I ever saw talking to the Renegade Twins, and over the years, he has become vital part of the creation of our annual #BRP50 list. With 2023 being the year that the Renegade Twins made the 50 (Robyn and Charlette hold the 26th and 27th spots, respectively), it made sense to get an exclusive We Luv Wrestling conversation with the Twins.
